Browse the Shop, add the items you want to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide your Roblox username during checkout so we can deliver your items to the correct account.
03 How do I receive my items after purchasing?
After your payment is confirmed, head to the Redeem page and follow the instructions there. Most orders are processed within a few hours. If you experience any delays, please reach out to our support team.

08 Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once items have been delivered. If there is an issue with your order — such as a missing or incorrect item — please contact us within 48 hours of purchase and we'll make it right.

Absolutely. We never ask for your Roblox password. All deliveries are handled through standard in-game trading methods that do not require account credentials.
